Sì, un titolo che farebbe inorridire chiunque si occupi di SEO. Però ecco, il post di oggi non poteva essere descritto in altro modo, scusate.
Se mi avete letta negli ultimi mesi avrete colto qualche lamentela sul tema capelli.
La mia chioma nerissima foltissima lunghissima è l’unica cosa che ho sempre apprezzato del mio aspetto.
Da prima dell’apertura del ristorante però la situazione è cambiata.
Ho iniziato a perderne una marea e con lo stress continuo e pesante la situazione era abbastanza fuori controllo.
Oltre alla perdita significativa ho notato che erano sempre più crespi, più sottili e in generale meno belli.
I miei capelli sono sempre stati molto belli naturalmente, devo dire che non ci ho mai prestato particolare attenzione o cure. In questo anno e mezzo ho sperimentato una marea di prodotti e li ho curati con maschere e impacchi, spuntandoli anche abbastanza di frequente.
Ora stanno tornando folti e iper lucidi come prima. Il periodo continua ad essere bello stressante, quindi posso dedurre che sia merito delle cure extra che ho dedicato loro.
Oggi vi parlo di tre prodotti che ho ricomprato nel corso del tempo e a cui mi sento di attribuire parte del bel risultato ottenuto.
L’Amla. Per anni ho usato quella della Dabur, con pessimi pessimi ingredienti.
Questa invece è la seconda confezione che compro a marchio Khadi -con ingredienti naturali e altri olii oltre all’amla, tra l’altro- ed è veramente una svolta.
Io lavo i capelli solitamente tre volte a settimana, almeno una volta faccio un impacco con questo.
Lo applico a capelli asciutti, la sera prima di fare lo shampoo. Massaggiarlo sulla cute è anche estremamente rilassante, per me.
L’unico difetto è l’odore di fieno fortissimo, disturba anche Choclatim che quando lo metto si allontana schifato.
Quando al mattino faccio lo shampoo i capelli sono immediatamente più morbidi e districati.
Devo sciacquarlo molto bene ma lasciandolo in posa diverse ore non mi succede mai di trovarmi i capelli unti.
L’amla ha diverse proprietà, tra cui l’aiutare la crescita dei capelli.
Io ho riscontrato un notevole miglioramento per quanto riguarda il maledetto crespo e sono tornati lucidissimi come erano prima.
Vi avevo già parlato del fango tricologico di Segreti di Natura, in un vecchio post sui prodotti finiti. Serve a riossigenare la cute, eliminare le cellule morte. Anche questo lo uso una volta a settimana, mi sembra aiuti anche a tenere i capelli più puliti più a lungo.
L’ultimo prodotto è un integratore della Phyto, il Phytopanere, a base di Vitamina E e altre cose belle.
Ho un rapporto sempre un po’ diffidente con gli integratori sebbene forse dovrei prenderli anche per altre questioni. Questi, in ogni caso, li ho già usati in passato e mi ci sono trovata bene senza particolari effetti collaterali oltre ad un iniziale aumento della fame.
Ho fatto diversi cicli in questo anno e mezzo e ho notato una crescita veramente esponenziale.
Non mi è mai piaciuto molto curare i capelli, forse perché non ne avevo nemmeno il bisogno. Però sono molto felice di averli riportati alla loro condizione iniziale, ecco.
Oltre a queste tre costanti ho usato una marea di maschere, sperimentato mille shampoo, li ho pettinati con più amore e meno fretta, li ho tenuti meno legati in chignon micidiali e più in code morbide con elastici meno cattivi.
Chissà se questo è il modo che l’universo ha scelto per insegnarmi ad apprezzare le cose che ho e a prendermene cura anche se sembrano non richiederne.

non ho ancora trovato la combo shampoo/maschera adatta ai miei capelli fini e tendenti ad ingrassarsi ma è la seconda volta che ricompro Phytophanere e mi ci trovo benissimo… sono sempre stata scettica anch'io con gli integratori ma con questo ho visto la differenza oltre che sui capelli anche su ciglia e unghie! l'ho consigliato anche a mia madre e si trova molto bene anche lei!

Uso un sacco di olio di cocco per mantenerli idrata in quanto faccio spesso colorazioni/balayage. Per la crescita, da un'anno a questa parte, mi sono buttata sull'olio di ricino. Non c'è una crescita esponenziale ma sono più folti.
