LET THE SUNSHINE IN

Posted on

Autumn/Winter is here.
Don’t know how you feel about this particular seasons.
I love them.
Summer is great, I love holidays, I love sunbathing.
But, to me, nothing beats having a scarf around your neck, drinking hot chocolate and reading in front of the fireplace.
Back to the post, these two Benefit’s products help me to take some light in the dark weather.

Here’s what Benefit says about That Gal:

Our silky pink primer takes your complexion from dull to darling! Simply blend it on for the look of brighter, smoother skin. Contains light-reflecting pigments to help brighten all skin tones and raspberry & chamomile to soothe skin.”

It really brightens my skin and it makes my cheekbones stand out. Well, it looks like I have them at last.
In my good skin day I skip my foundation I use it by itself.
But, in my opinion, it doesn’t make my foundation last longer.

The other product I want to talk with you about is the newborn in the Benefit’s make up range: Watt’s Up!

Here’s the official description:

“Our soft focus highlighter turns on “watt” ya got with a delicate  champagne glow that’s gorgeous. With a cream-to-powder finish…it’s a switch on “wow” for all complexions. You’ll adore the smooth applicator & luminous sheen.”

I really like this product, more than That Gal.
I find it easier to apply, the sponge works perfectly with me.
The color is another great aspect of Watts Up! The champagne shade is perfect for my skin but I think it’s the kind of color that could work well with a wide range of skintones.

So, here’s my thoughts about these two products.

What do you think about them?
Do you like them?

With love,
S.

I had a blush from Benefit but I'm not a big fan of it 🙂
I have also a make-up case but all those cosmetics are too dark for me 🙁

@LaDamaBianca: terrò d'occhio Recensioni Cosmetiche per vedere se succederà 😉

@volcacius: let me know if you try it! xx

@Sarah: I love BeneTint as well! Let me know if you try these products!

Ho il That Gal e concordo: il fondotinta non dura di più ma l'incarnato è molto radioso!

The only benefit products I have tried so far are their mascaras. Have never really ventured into their face products, but I do hear great things about it so maybe I should! Apparently their Pore-fessional is a really good primer… hmmm!

    @molkinaify: Vero?? xx

@Rin: Have you tried They're real?? It looks so great but I have like 10 mascaras to finish!!
