I liked it, not too much but I liked it.
I don’t know about you but when I start something I want to end it. This happens aaall the time with tv series, even when I stop liking them I keep watching them.

Andiamo oltre a questa traduzione atroce del titolo, che è meglio.Mangia Prega Ama ha avuto un successo davvero incredibile.
A me è piaciuto, non da impazzire ma mi è piaciuto.
Non so voi ma io quando inizio qualcosa devo per forza finirlo, mi capita la stessa cosa anche con serie tv che mi fanno schifo ma una volta iniziate non riesco proprio a non guardare.
Sì, Grey’s Anatomy sto parlando con te.
Quindi quando ho visto che c’era il seguito l’ho preso subito, spinta da curiosità.

I stopped talking about books mainly because I had less time to blog and thought that nobody cared about what I wrote anyway.
Well, nobody may care but I love talking about books so here we are again.

Se siete nuove sul blog potreste non sapere che la domenica qui qualche tempo fa si parlava sempre di libri.
Ho smesso di parlarne perché avevo meno tempo per il blog e pensavo che comunque non fosse un argomento particolarmente interessante se trattato da me.
Bene, potrebbe essere ancora così ma mi piace troppo parlare di libri quindi eccoci qua.

Best Of 2013: Makeup&More!

This year my favorites post is a collaboration with my blogger friends: A bad girl loves silence‘s Becky, Chacun cherche son chat‘s Blanche, Dotted Around‘s Ale, Shopping&Reviews‘s Daniela, SofficeLavanda‘s Takiko, The Taste of Ink’s Darkness and Vanity Nerd‘s Gliuppina.
We decided to take Takiko’s last year list and adding a couple entries, some of them makeup related and some of them definitely not. We seriously risked to make a never ending post, the LOTR and The Hobbit combined, but we managed to contain ourselves. Containment that came after a couple of insults and a lot of laughter.
 
Quest’anno il post dei preferiti abbiamo deciso di progettarlo insieme, io e altre amiche blogger: Becky di A bad girl love silence, Blanche di Chacun cherche son chat, Ale di Dotted Around, Daniela di Shopping&Reviews, Takiko di SofficeLavanda, Darkness di The Taste of Ink e Gliuppina di Vanity Nerd. L’idea era quella di prendere l’elenco fatto l’anno scorso da SofficeLavanda inserendo qualche altra categoria, più o meno off-topic. Il rischio di compilare un post lungo quanto l’intera saga de Il Signore degli Anelli (e ci metterei dentro anche Lo Hobbit) è stato grande, ma siamo riuscite a contenerci a suon di insulti reciproci (ma benevoli).

Today’s post is about a book I’ve really liked for a lot of reasons.
I extremely enjoyed the way it’s written and I seriously appreciated the way the author faced delicate historical subjects.

Il libro di cui parliamo oggi mi è piaciuto per diversi motivi.
Ho apprezzato molto il modo in cui è stato scritto e la delicatezza con cui l’autrice ha affrontato temi storici importanti.

This author’s book are often tragic. This, of course, means I love them deeply.
You already know I’m a sad-books lover, right?
La Custode di mia sorella di Jodi Picoult.
I libri di questa autrice sono spesso tragici. Questo, ovviamente, vuol dire che io li amo profondamente.
Ormai lo sapete tutti che sono un’amante dei libri tristi, no?

Anybody Out There by Marian Keyes.
I absolutely love Marian Keyes’s books. I just can’t define her books as *chick lit*, there’s so much more in what she writes.
I’ve read pretty much all her books and this is one of my favorites.
 
Speranze e Bugie di Marian Keyes.
Amo alla follia i libri di Marian Keyes. Non riesco davvero a definire i suoi libri come *chick lit*, c’è davvero molto di più in quello che scrive.

Ho letto praticamente tutto ciò che ha prodotto e questo libro è uno dei miei preferiti tra i suoi.

I like pretty much every book this author wrote, her words always fascinate me no matter what she talks about.
